I literally cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hayes and this clinic. They truly have my pet’s best interest at heart, the pricing is always what I expected, and they can offer alternatives if it’s not within budget. I’ve been seeing Dr. Hayes for 6 years now and will not see any other vet in Orlando. Truly one of the best.
Just got done with our new kittens first vet visit and wow what a place to bring your pets. They take time to let your little guy decompress before they take a look at them. Everything was explained in detail and you can tell they all truly have a love for animals. My little guy needed ear mite treatment which was done outside the room, but you could hear them talking so nicely to him throughout the cleaning. He’s home snoozing comfortably now with no parasites! They made it a breeze and I look forward to bringing him and any future family pets here again!
If I could give 1,000 stars I would. We evacuated to Orlando during Hurricane Milton. It became apparent that morning that our beloved Cooper couldn't hang on any longer. Dr. Hayes and his staff could not have been more understanding, supportive and stayed open that morning knowing that there could be people like us who desperately needed them. At 17.5, Cooper's little body was failing him and while we had known the end was close for awhile, it became apparent he wasn't going to make it and we needed to help him pass peacefully. We walked into the clinic and immediately, Dr. Hayes assessed Cooper and told us we were already starting to lose him. He was the only dog we've ever had and I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate doctor to help me let him go. We were out of town, staying at a hotel because our home wasn't safe, and Dr. Hayes and his staff made us feel like they had been our care team for Cooper's entire life (I wish they had). I will forever be grateful to them and I can honestly say we would drive from St. Pete to Orlando to have the kind of care we received with Cooper if we had any other pets. This is the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever brought my dog to. She absolutely loves Dr. Hayes and tech Myla. They’re extremely involved in her ongoing care. Dr Hayes explains treatment options fully and honestly so you can make an informed decision on your pets care. I’ve never felt rushed or left needing more questions answered. They take their time with each appointment and are very responsive with urgent inquires. I trust them completely with her care even for drop off appointments. I brought my two pugs there for the first time. The staff was extremely Loving to my dogs. They took their time for my dogs to feel comfortable.The doctor was very patient and was able to do the exams without my dogs, even really knowing. I received all the service I was expecting and then some. I feel like my pugs are in good hands. A good veterinarian is very hard to find. I would recommend them to anyone!
