Dr. Newman and the entire staff at the hospital, the wellness center, dog camp and boarding have been fantastic to any animal I've brought in. I've been going to WPVH for all services for a minimum of 6 years and could not be more thankful for everything they've done. Everyone at doggy daycamp is fantastic, but Madison is hands down my go to. She has known Oogie since he was a baby and it shows - Oogie ADORES Madison. Dr. Newman deserves recognition for monitoring Oogie during a potentially life-threatening emergency when he was a puppy, and for the care he has given him since then. I just can't say enough great things about this institution. They treat our family members as family of their own. You can tell just how much they care for their patients in every interaction.
Dr Cardenas got me right in when my puppy was throwing up. She was so nervous and they were so sweet with her. Dr Cardenas for her feeling better. . Dr Cardenas is the best! Love her!! She's so good at what she does! I'm so lucky to have found her
I've been taking my cat here since I first got him. Every experience has been wonderful. The staff are so nice and kind. They really care about their patients and answer any questions you may have. Winter Park Veterinary Hospital / Wellness Center is his forever vet. I feel confident they will always give him the best care.
My dog gets very anxious during vet visits, so we love the low stress environment of the Wellness Center. All of the vets, techs, and staff are warm and empathetic. I appreciate that they take their time to make sure all my questions are answered. We appreciate the one-dog-at-a-time approach at the Wellness Center.
Every staff member was incredibly friendly! We were new to the practice and felt very welcome immediately. Any questions or concerns I had were answered thoroughly, and when I had a question for the doctor after our conversation, the assistant tracked her down to ask. They walked me through every option I had and informed me of costs prior to agreeing to anything and took my concerns seriously. My dog went from being anxious and scared to comfortable enough to take a nap on the floor of the room. I don't remember the names, but my dog's name was Indy and our appointment was 6/13/24 at 2pm, so whoever was on staff at that time. Friendly attitude and informative conversations
