Zhouyi is an amazing groomer! She knows exactly how to safely groom my Pomsky, Maya, without ruining her coat/undercoat! She always looks ADORABLE! Woof Gang Dr Phillips also has THE sweetest and most helpful staff, they’re always accommodating and the way they treat their customers is a reflection of how well they treat their fur guests! I am so thankful I found this place and Zhouyi, and I know Maya is as well! See pics below for freshly groomed and special photos they took during and after her groom!
Review for PAOLA- My Pomeranian has ‘show dog’ fur. Meaning, A LOT of fur. She can also be extremely timid. We’ve lived here off and on for the past 4 years and have lived and traveled on a bus the past 2. We get her groomed at least once a month, so we’ve seen a lot of groomers. My pup went right to Paola and the best part was she came out of the salon PERFECT. Exactly what we asked for. She looks amazing and probably one of the best grooms I’ve ever seen for my Sophie. Shout out to the other ladies at the front too. My hubby can be a little rough around the edges and they handled him well.
We have been going to this Dr. Phillips location for about 2 years now. Our family really does appreciate our experience here - with the owners, employees, and groomers! I would say the qualities at this location 1. They build a relationship. They were always very kind and professional. As time has gone by, the relationship has grown and I feel they have accommodated us and all our concerns with care. 2. Over the 2 years we have been there we have had "concerns"(not many). Since relationships are very rarely perfect all the time, I felt the way our concerns were handled spoke volumes! They took time to listen, were very kind, and addressed each and every concern. What more could you ask for?! 3. The groomers have always done a good job! Being 100%, I do feel they do not keep groomers for long periods of time (but as a fellow small business owner, I understand there are many factors here). Some of their groomers do AMAZING, others are good - but none have been bad. 4. We use them for weekly baths on our 3 baby boys - Lego, Taco, and Nacho. And once a month for grooming.
Stephanie is great and always makes my puppy, Zara, look fabulous. She’s very professional, caring and asks specific questions. Highly recommending Stephanie!
Kiwi and Spike always come visit Paola, she does a great job taking care of my babies and they are always excited to see her, that’s how you know they feel comfortable around her! Also, they are always caring and helpful at the front desk.
